Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and on time. This policy outlines shipping timeframes, costs, and key information relating to your delivery.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
 

  • Mainland UK

  • Non-Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands
     

We do not currently ship internationally.


2. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Mainland UK: 3 – 5 working days
Non-Mainland UK: 4 – 8 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, seasonal demand, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order size. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe:
 

  1. Check your tracking number (sent via email).

  2. Contact the courier directly with your tracking details.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us directly.

1. Your Right to Cancel (for Online Purchases)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You then have 14 more days to return the goods to us.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition.

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

Exemptions:
Alcoholic beverages are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

2. Returns Due to Fault or Damage

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.

We will offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative solution.

We may request photographs of the issue to assist with our investigation.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

 

Returns must be received at the return address below within 30 days of the original purchase date.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase;

  • Items opened or consumed (unless faulty);

  • Gift cards;

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer—processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
